We will discuss your functional lab results and curate a personalized functional treatment protocol to optimize your health and wellbeing.

Please bring your complete and current medication list (supplements included) and a copy of your most recent lab results if completed within the last 3 months.
Can I have my labs draw elsewhere?
Of course! we can provide you a lab requisition form for you to take to the lab of your choice.
